Media Guidelines

Become the filmmaker you've always wanted to be! Everyone is given the opportunity to submit video content to this website. However, before broadcast we must approve it. You see, this site is all about quality so to sustain those standards we must watch each and every video and approve only the best.

RULES:

1. By Uploading a video you're allowing us to publicly display it on the DAN & DAVE site, declaring that you are the copyright holder of all material present in that video.

2. Respect the community. Make are lives easier and give only constructive criticism. No flaming. No bashing.

3. No violence. No pornography or sexually explicit content. No dangerous or illegal acts.

4. Protect copyrights. Although all videos are moderated, we still run the risk of infringements slipping into the system.

5. Don't submit a video more than once.

6. DAN & DAVE reserves the right to edit, modify, and/or remove all content. This is particularly the case when it comes to content that violates one of the above rules.
